Jennifer donates to locks of love 5/1/12

Jennifer donates her hair to locks of love.
 Short Hair
The pony on her leg is what she donated to locks of love.
The finished product.  I think she misses it, but hopefully she will get used to it.

Indo Trip December 26th- Jan 1st

Monday we left Chris and Kate at our house and drove to Lisa's house.
Tusesday we left Lisa's and checked into the Condo in Indio. We got there in time to watch Alan's game.  Alan did good, but they lost.
Wednesday we hung out and played at the resort in Indio. Watched Alan's game and went to Norman's for dinner. It was a great evening.  We swam and had a nice time visiting.
Thursday Norman came to play with us at the resort.  We played tennis and swam.  It was great to spend time with them.  We even fed the ducks and then they went with us to watch Alan Play.
Friday we went to Alan's last game.  Then we met Karl and Carmen and had dinner with them and then drove to Lisa's.  It was a long day, but nice to get to see so much family on a trip to watch Alan play.
Saturday we played kick ball with the Hele's.   It was New Year's Eve so the teenagers went to the dance and we partied at Lisa's with Just Dance. It was a lot of fun.  Nothing like family and good food.
Sunday we got up and drove home.

Alan's Senior Night

February 21st 2012
Alan's Senior Night

Alan season wasn't as fun as he would of like. He was the most experienced player on the team and his team was in a very competitive 5A region. I know he was frustrated with losing, but he was a very key player on defense and well as offense. He was fun to watch this year and even when they lost he usually had a good game and was in double figures.

Senior night Dad and I were there as well as Jennifer, Erin, Heather and Timothy. Alan played great and had 17pt and 2 dunks. They don't tell us rebounds or blocks but he always has some of those in the games as well. It was really sad to see another senior be done, but I think he will have an opportunity to play after his mission if he wants to.

For senior night the team also game me some flowers and Alan a Jersey with his number 44 on it. We have really enjoyed the Pleasant Grove program and are happy for his growth and improvement.

Here are some photo's of Alan his senior year. It was a lot of fun watching him. He was a real big force in the middle.
